Yes. You can sign up for a pre-conference training workshop or VIP ticket after you register for a standard ParDreamin’ ticket. Go to the ParDreamin’ registration form and choose the VIP ticket or pre-conference workshop you want to attend when you complete the form.
ParDreamin' 2021 kicks off on October 26 with a day of training workshops. Workshop attendees have to pre-register and pay to join the Pardot training workshops.

Standard registration for the conference is free. That means there is no fee to attend ParDreamin’ sessions, keynotes, panels, demonstrations, or afterparties. There are fees associated with the Pardot training workshops on the first day of the conference.
We want to encourage as much audience participation as possible so everyone can get the most from the virtual event. So, we’ve scheduled as many live sessions as possible so you can get Pardot and marketing experts to answer your questions.
ParDreamin’ 2021 is a fully virtual event. That means you can join us from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Someday we hope to gather in person again, but going virtual means geography is not a barrier to attending.
You should get an email with the link to join the ParDreamin' conference platform at least a week before the conference is scheduled to begin. If you didn't get the email or can't find it, use this URL to get in: https://webapp.spotme.com/login/eventspace. You'll see a prompt to enter your email address, which will trigger an email to your inbox that includes your link to join the platform.
The event platform opens about a week before ParDreamin' begins. Everyone who registers for the event will get an email that includes a link to access the event platform. Remember to use the same email address you used to register when you're trying to access the platform.

People who attend pre-conference Pardot workshops have registered and paid in advance to attend the training sessions. You may not have pre-registered for the workshops if you're unable to access it. However, you can email email@example.com if you registered for a pre-conference workshop and can't access it.

All you need to access ParDreamin' 2021 is a reliable internet connection and a computer or mobile device. We recommend you use a Chrome browser, but other browsers will also work for the event. You can use Android or iOS devices to access our webinar platform.

You will automatically get a receipt from Stripe in your email inbox if your ParDreamin' conference ticket included workshop or VIP options for which you paid money. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email. You can contact email@example.com if you did not receive an email and already checked your spam folder.
You can email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a receipt for purchases you made through the ParDreamin’ website. We’ll email you a receipt within 14 days of your request.
We will start shipping ParDreamin’ t-shirts to their destinations about a month before the event. However, you have to register for ParDreamin’ as a VIP about two weeks before the event begins to get your shirt in time for the event. You'll still get your t-shirt after the conference event if you get a VIP ticket after the cutoff date or win a shirt during a contest.
We’ll start shipping ParDreamin’ prizes about a week after the event is over. So you can expect to get your prize or award to arrive about a month after the conclusion of ParDreamin’ festivities.
Yes. We can issue a refund to you for ParDreamin’ VIP tickets or pre-conference workshops. You can email email@example.com to request a refund for purchases you made through the ParDreamin’ website. We’ll respond within 14 days of your request.

Whether you are involved with ParDreamin’ 2021 as an attendee, speaker, sponsor or volunteer, we expect you to treat the community with respect. That means you agree to refrain from behavior that could discriminate against other participants based on gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.
We do not tolerate any forms of discrimination or harassment. And we expect you to keep conversations focused on the conference topics and professional development. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any ParDreamin’ 2021 conference sessions, workshops, parties, or social media communications.
We can expel anyone from the virtual conference who violates our code of conduct at our discretion. That includes any workshops for which code of conduct violators may have paid to attend, and we will not issue any refunds.
